On the morning of March 15th, the “2026 Annual Meeting of Zhejiang LED Industry Association and 2026 Zhejiang LED Industry High-Quality Development Summit,” themed “AI in Zhejiang, Intelligent Display for the Future,” successfully concluded at the Hangzhou Canal Haixin Hotel.
Uniting Efforts to Create a New Chapter, Empowering High-Quality Development of the Industry
At 10:00 AM, the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Zhejiang Solid State Light Source Industry Association (Zhejiang LED Industry Association) officially commenced with the solemn playing of the national anthem. Xin Delei, the association’s full-time secretary-general, presided over the meeting. Focusing on uniting efforts and jointly planning for development, the meeting comprehensively summarized past work, deployed annual tasks, strengthened organizational construction, and commended industry leaders, thus building broad consensus and laying a solid foundation for promoting the high-quality development of Zhejiang’s LED industry. Jiang Zhongyong, the association’s president, and Ye Minjun, the executive president, delivered speeches, outlining clear requirements for the association’s development direction and key tasks for the year.
Executive Vice President Zhang Yu delivered the “Association’s 2025 Annual Work Report,” systematically reviewing the solid achievements the association made in industry services, platform building, and industrial collaboration over the past year. He also released the 2026 work plan, outlining the association’s comprehensive deployment in 2026 focusing on core tasks such as industry services, technological innovation, resource integration, and brand enhancement. The report was unanimously approved by the assembly, signifying member units’ recognition of the association’s work over the past year and expressing their high expectations for the association’s development in the new year.
Secretary-General Wang Zhanjun first presented the “Association’s 2025 Annual Financial Report” to the attending member representatives, which was unanimously approved. Secretary-General Wang then gave an in-depth report on the “Connecting with Members” topic, accurately analyzing the current development status, actual needs, and challenges faced by member companies, promoting the upgrading of association services towards a more precise, efficient, and pragmatic direction.
At the meeting, the association’s new logo was officially launched, showcasing the innovative, enterprising, open, integrated, and positive spirit of Zhejiang’s LED industry. Yu Xiaofei, Vice President of the Zhejiang Provincial Institute of Industrial and Information Technology, delivered a keynote speech, providing an in-depth interpretation of the implementation measures for “filling the gaps” in core technologies of specialized and innovative enterprises, offering professional guidance for enterprises to enhance their independent innovation capabilities and forge core competitiveness.
At this conference, the association ushered in a milestone moment—the establishment ceremony of the association’s temporary Party branch. All members of the Party branch and representatives of member Party members took the stage to jointly welcome this sacred moment. Comrade Yu Xiaofei, representing the higher-level Party organization, read out the approval document at the meeting. Comrade Feng Zhaoliang was appointed as the branch secretary and made a statement. Zheng Zhiling, Director of the Policy and Regulation Department of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, presented the flag on behalf of the Party organization and gave a message of encouragement. The establishment of the Party branch marks the official start of a new chapter in the association’s Party building-led and industry-empowering efforts, injecting strong red momentum into the association’s high-quality development.
A grand awards ceremony was also held at the conference, presenting prestigious awards such as the Outstanding Leadership Award, Innovation Award, and Quality Award to establish industry benchmarks and promote advanced models. New member companies and newly added council members were also awarded plaques, further expanding the Zhejiang LED industry’s network and enhancing the association’s cohesion, unity, and industry influence.
The successful convening of the first phase of the members’ meeting further improved the association’s governance system, enhanced service efficiency, and strengthened industry development synergy, injecting strong confidence into the industry summit to be held in the afternoon.
AI in Zhejiang: A New Chapter, Charting a New Path for the Industry
At 13:00 in the afternoon, the “AI in Zhejiang, Intelligent Display of the Future” 2026 Zhejiang LED Industry High-Quality Development Summit grandly opened. The summit was guided by the LED Display Application Branch of the China Optics and Optoelectronics Manufacturers Association, hosted by the Zhejiang Solid State Light Source Industry Association (Zhejiang LED Industry Association), and sponsored by Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co., Ltd. It was co-organized by over ten provincial-level fraternal industry associations and chambers of commerce, including the Zhejiang Provincial Smart Economy and Smart City Promotion Association, Zhejiang Provincial Internet of Things Industry Association, Zhejiang Provincial Digital Economy Federation, Zhejiang Provincial Information Industry Quality Association, Zhejiang Provincial Signage Industry Association, Zhejiang Provincial Lighting Appliance Association, Zhejiang Provincial Green Building and Building Industrialization Industry Association (Building Intelligence Branch), Zhejiang Provincial Civil Engineering and Architectural Society (Intelligent Building Committee), Zhejiang Provincial Building Decoration Industry Association (Energy Conservation, Environmental Protection and Intelligentization Branch), Zhejiang Provincial Computer Information System Integration Industry Association (Data Operation Branch), Hangzhou Virtual Reality Industry Association, Hangzhou LED Industry Association, Shenzhen Performance List Information Technology Co., Ltd., Nanjing Lopu Co., Ltd., and the Zhejiang Provincial Guangxi Chamber of Commerce, along with many leading enterprises in the industry.
The summit brought together nearly a thousand representatives, including industry experts, industry leaders, business leaders, and technical elites, focusing on the upgrading of the LED industry under the empowerment of AI and exploring new paths for high-quality development.

Executive Chairman Ye Minjun introduced the summit’s preparations.
During the presentation session, several industry experts and company representatives shared their cutting-edge insights. Zhao Lei, GTM Director of Hikvision, analyzed the profit path of the LED industry in 2026, providing insights for companies to find development opportunities in a complex market environment. Professor Yang Yang, Director of the Department of Artificial Intelligence at Zhejiang University, provided an in-depth interpretation of the application of large language models from technology to industry, showcasing the broad application prospects of AI technology in the LED field. Zhang Qiang, General Manager of Shenzhen Performance Ranking, released the “2025 LED Display Industry Development Report,” sharing industry development data for 2025 and systematically outlining technological iterations, market structure, policy guidance, and application expansion directions, providing authoritative reference for companies to accurately grasp industry trends and formulate development strategies.
Several leading companies also shared their innovative solutions, such as holographic invisible screens and intelligent interactive floor tile screens, demonstrating the industry’s innovative vitality.
The interactive sofa forum held at the summit also attracted much attention. The forum was moderated by Feng Zhaoliang, Honorary President of the Zhejiang LED Industry Association. A member company achievement exhibition area was set up concurrently, showcasing the latest technologies and solutions in high-definition display, intelligent control, and immersive interaction, comprehensively demonstrating the innovative strength of the Zhejiang LED industry.
As a landmark event in Zhejiang’s LED industry, this summit deeply integrated upstream and downstream resources, promoting efficient connections between technology, capital, and the market. The Zhejiang LED Industry Association stated that the summit aimed to break down industry barriers, promote resource sharing and complementary advantages among member companies, and build an industrial ecosystem deeply integrating production, education, research, and application. Representatives from sponsoring companies such as Hikvision pointed out that AI technology is reshaping the boundaries of the LED display industry, driving equipment upgrades towards intelligence, interactivity, and scenario-based applications. In the future, companies will continue to increase R&D investment, working with industry partners to expand into diverse application scenarios such as smart transportation, smart cities, commercial displays, and cultural tourism performances, driving high-quality industrial development through technological innovation.
