Security

The security of your data is our top priority. We implement a multi-layered security approach to protect your personal information, account, and smartwatch data.

 

1.  Data Encryption

· Encryption in Transit: We use TLS/SSL encryption to protect data traveling between your browser/App and our servers.

· Encryption at Rest: Sensitive personal and health data stored on our servers is encrypted.

· Device Communication: Bluetooth communication between the smartwatch and paired device uses encrypted protocols.

 

2.  System & Network Security

· We host our servers and databases in secure data centers, protected by firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems.

· We perform regular vulnerability scans, security assessments, and apply security patches promptly.

 

3.  Access Controls

· We enforce strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for employees and contractors, granting minimal necessary access to perform their duties.

· All access requires strong authentication.

 

4.  Account Security

· We encourage you to create a strong password for your account and offer Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.

· We will never ask for your password via email or unsolicited calls.

 

5.  Payment Security

· All payment transactions are processed by reputable payment gateways compliant with PCI DSS standards. We do not store full credit card details on our systems.

 

6.  Secure Development & Audits

· We follow secure-by-design principles in product development (hardware, firmware, App).

· We conduct regular security audits of our internal processes and third-party vendors.

 

7.  Your Role in Security
Security is a shared responsibility. Please:

· Use a unique, strong password for your account.

· Enable Two-Factor Authentication if available.

· Avoid logging into your account on untrusted devices or public Wi-Fi.

· Keep your paired phone and its operating system updated.

· Be vigilant against phishing sites and emails requesting account details.

 

8.  Incident Response
Despite our best efforts, no system is impenetrable. In the unlikely event of a security breach affecting your information, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by law.
